Very good environment for learning (You will get to learn so many things by taking parts in bootcamps and very good if you're on bench or working for epam in-house projects)
Cons
Mostly Big clients are using SDE as Support and maintenance engineer , Its based on Client how they wants to treat you , EPAM cant help you because they are one contributing to your salary and EPAM profit

- Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working;
