1. Salary expectations and potential growth of it even if you are growing in your area.
2. Using internal mechanisms such as feedback, assessments, or any other activity as an argument to refuse a salary review. Perhaps someone will disagree with me here, but I believe that you should be evaluated on the basis of your real merits on the project, not on how you can sell yourself on an assessment or on how much extra activity you have taken on.
3. There aren't many bonuses that similar level companies offer. (like shares, insurance for family and etc)
