Great infrastructure for applied research - PhD Student EPFL Employee Review

The university management is rather hypocritical. The priority seems to be attracting and retaining internationally-renowned professors, and the satisfaction of students is at best secondary. Professors enjoy a lot of independence, so the concrete experience of a student will depend a lot on the research unit leadership and atmosphere.
