Worst IOM company - Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Tech EPIOM Employee Review

I've absolutely loved my time with EPIOM Neuro. I've worked for other IOM companies and I've never received the level of support and respect that I have with EPIOM. The schedule is always super fair and they don't grind the soul out of your body like other IOM companies. This group also offers lots of opportunities for growth!

The billing team consists of educated, specialized, and supportive members who strive monthly to make sure the money is there to help support the growth of the company. This small company continues to expand into new territories, regardless of what other posters have indicated. Our CNIMs are the best of the best at providing care during a patient's surgery and the Neurologists who interpret the reports are phenomenal. The management at EPIOM cares for the employees and fosters a healthy, happy work life balance, offers an extensive benefit package and time off. The owners, the Bledsoes', are nothing short of supportive, considerate and family oriented, making sure their employees KNOW they are part of that family. They reward their PROFESSIONALS based on merit, not popularity.

Previous employees who would slander, libel and defame this company are a drain on the positive atmosphere EPIOM fosters and have done the company a favor in proving which employees are professional and which are children with temper tantrums masquerading as adults.
