Pros

I’ve had a very tumultuous few years and kinda found myself bouncing every which way all the time with no real stability. I always felt nervous of losing jobs and had to deal with poor management everywhere I went. With EPLAN, this could not be further from the truth. I love waking up every day to go to work now. I have grown so much within myself in the short time I’ve been here and still have much to learn from my wonderful co-workers. Everyone has been nothing but helpful and caring of my complete job switch from a hotel to a corporate sales job. EPLAN went above and beyond when it comes to giving me the tools I need to succeed. I always have support and backing when I have struggles and the gratitude for good work that was lacking at so many previous jobs of mine.

Cons

There has been nothing I’ve disliked about this job or this company. The office can be a little warm occasionally I guess.

Cons

Being at the front means that you often have to wield a machete which is hard work when you are making your way through the jungle in search of the next level of technology. Finding the right people for that kind of effort is hard sometimes and in some positions we are understaffed. These are the pains of fast growth. You might need to wear a couple of hats that perhaps were not in your job description, but we welcome people who are ready to engage to the team when they get here. Team mates help out. Heck, how else do you keep it fun and continue to learn?
