Ops Management being passive aggressive to colleagues who are willing to voice out their opinions. No actual management experience at all which drives all the passionate people leaving the company. Don't offer "mac or window pc" as per previous comment in glassdoor. Salary is low. High Turn overs , maybe not in other regions, but in Asia, the turn over rate is high.
