      Lack to no management and process in place. Managers need trainings. No career progression. Below market comps for ppl working very hard

      They pay salary on time

      Cons

      -Below market salary for industry -No deal volume -Infighting among executives and upper management -Nepotism and "good ole boy" mentality are well ingrained -Zero "career development" or coaching from management or executives -No performance reviews or feedback (positive or negative) -Teams operate 100% in Silos -AWFUL laughable severance package (1 month health insurance)
