Pros

As a number of other reviewers mentioned, my co-workers are really nice people. Everyone is more than willing to help not just their own teammates, but also people in other departments. A lot of work goes into creating and maintaining a positive company culture, especially since COVID. A lot is done to make sure everyone feels they are a part of the company. As of Sept, 2021, the company has gone 100% remote. We do have a WeWork space in Manhattan for those in the NYC area who want to get out of the house, but almost all work can be done from home. The company's leadership has also invested a lot of time and energy into becoming better leaders, and improving upon some of the mistakes of the past.

Cons

The company is small, and like many small companies, there is a lot to be done, so sometimes workload can be problematic, but they are working to grow the team.

Pros

Free snacks, almost everyone is young and fun, pool table (that you can”t use because you will be drowning in work), beautiful office that they can’t fill because everyone keeps quitting.

Cons

When I first interviewed for ergo, I was ecstatic to be joining a company that had it all together from what I could see. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I wasted months of my life working around the clock correcting my bosses mistakes and working my butt off. My job description was completely opposite of the one I interviewed for. The leadership team treats their employees horribly. They only see the bad in their employees and don’t bother asking the people they actually work with what they think. Salaries are way below industry average. This company gets mostly entry level employees who are just trying to get their foot in the door.
