Pros
ERM is a distinctive company in the sector. I have worked at other consulting firms, and ERM is the one that truly cares about health and safety, technical quality, diversity and inclusion, and employee well-being. There is flexibility in working hours and options for hybrid work.
Cons
It’s a consulting environment – and I get the impression that newer generations have difficulty understanding this dynamic. A demanding routine, constant workload, and peak periods. The company’s operating speed is above average and can be intimidating for the unprepared.
