      Current direction of the company is focused solely on maximising profit e.g outsourcing/redundancies and unrealistic targets, with little leadership on the future of sustainability, AI and work (despite this being our area of expertise)

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
