Pros
The people in the company are great, the atmosphere is very relaxed and you will not find yourself micromanaged or pressured. Not very hierarchical, free fruit on Wednesdays
Cons
Money’s really not great and it seems to take forever to get a raise. A lot is invested in hiring graduate consultants but support staff opportunities for growth are non existent, especially in the smaller departments.
