Desent Salary mostly for the old employees, personal insurance the last 3 years. For many new employees the salary is the smallest popossible for the job. Many employees take monthly ticket restaurant as an extra. Payments always on time. Yearly bonus according to reaching work goals, not always fair and mostly paid on ticket restaurant. The environment between colleages is good in most cases, which is one of the few things that help.
Cons
-HR lies about the real scope of work and the work from home ratio. Many designer engineers not even design. -The company doesn't have a clear future plan to sustain it's grow and employees. -The company management isn't stable in decision making. -The company management has unprofessional behavior to employees in some cases. -The organization of the company and between departments needs a lot of improvement. -The location of the company is very far from most cities in Athens and relocating is a lie said 3 years now. -The offices are in a bad shape and very overcrowded. -There are many bad managers and directors which care only about themselves, not have the organizational and know how skills and not have fair hehavior between colleages. -Employees with bad behavior to other employees are tolerated by the management. - Very difficult to get even a small rise in salary. -Too much pressure most of the time, with unrealistic goals in many cases. -Over hours are not paid and are a culture in the company. -Almost all positions have extensive multi-tasking in a daily basis which in combination with the bad organization exhausts the employee. -Designer engineers have almost zero changes of development, regardless their skill or effort. The above applies to many other positions. -Rewards, bonuses and promotions are not equal to skill or effort, which are not even recognized in some cases.
