      Pros

      Lots of projects with different domain. Travelling opportunity. Five more days of holiday for people under 33. Good office location. Free coffee and tea. Friendly atmosphere. Many different communities (Running club, Counter strike, Board games,...).

      Cons

      Employees older than 33 have just 25 days of holiday. Majority of employees have desktop PC.

      Thank you for your positive review. We have already started to order notebooks so I hope that in the future you will be able to choose whether you want do work on desktop PC or notebook. We believe it is fair that all the employees have the same amount of holiday no matter the age. We are happy to hear that our long-term employees recommend ERNI further and I wish you lot more satisfied years with us.

      Pros

      Invests in employees. Provides trainings, and follows industry standards.

      Cons

      Way too extreme. Sometimes simple solution, gets complicated because of the standards. Promotion is applied rather than earned.
