ERNI Response
9yDear reviewer,
Firstly, let us apologize for our late reply. We are really sorry to hear about your negative experience with ERNI, but thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
As we strive to improve and always look for ways to develop the capabilities of our employees, it is quite surprising you didn’t find our trainings sufficient. We also share the knowledge among teams and support the job rotation, if the employee is interested. Our career map is simple, highlighting the essential steps on the career path for all employees willing to advance their career. Our managers have regular trainings about soft skills (not only), which include also receiving feedback.
We have to confess the experience you described is inconsistent with our values, therefore we would really appreciate if you could share the location where you worked so that we could specifically address your points.
