Pros
- great friendly people - flexible work - great office locations - nice perks (health benefit, office activities etc) - company seems to actually care about you (treated like a person and not a number) - fair pay
Cons
- as company is growing culture is disappearing - everyone is always “so busy!” which can be great… or also lead to employee burnout - no diversity in upper management (primarily old white men as execs / board) + few women in leadership positions - old fashioned: company wants to appear innovative and cool but is very out of touch with current culture / trends - open office space hard to get much done - poor internal comms - no inter-team/department collaboration (have no idea what others are doing - very much stick with your own) - lately seems to be some greenwashing
