Pros

The salary was okay and within market value. Good standard hours.

Cons

Probably one of my worst employment experiences to be honest. High staff turnover, relies heavily on temps and offshore staff (Fiji). Lots of talk about improving staff culture, but training advancement limited due to chokepoints with knowledge gatekeepers. They make job more difficult than it should be. I would not recommend this role.

Pros

The new leadership has brought a refreshing vision and a "get it done" attitude that has positively transformed our workplace culture. They are focused on driving the company's growth and truly care about employee input and innovation.

Cons

One challenge we face is managing multiple time zones which can make coordination difficult.

management changes have moved most US staff to Manilla to save costs
