Pros

The only pro for working at this company is the ability to work remotely and a few good people on the ground

Cons

The company has a toxic culture within the AUS business. Steams from poor leadership from the top who lack the basic people skills and emotional intelligence to be in leadership roles. The product has huge problems and no one seems to know how to resolve the issues Advice for anyone thinking of looking into a role here would be to keep looking because you can do much better.

The new leadership has brought a refreshing vision and a "get it done" attitude that has positively transformed our workplace culture. They are focused on driving the company's growth and truly care about employee input and innovation.

Cons

One challenge we face is managing multiple time zones which can make coordination difficult.
