Pros

You will enjoy working with most of your colleagues.

Cons

The reason there aren't more negative reviews about this firm is due to the very severe penalties in the mandatory Non-Disparagement Agreement that employees are forced to sign. Don't be surprised if you are not given this agreement to sign until after you have started with the company and have no other option. You may find that the terms of your variable compensation or commission change after you have joined the company, and you end up with much less favorable compensation. You may find that your actual job duties are significantly different in reality than what you were told in an interview. Before you consider joining this company find former employees on LinkedIn and talk to them to get the truth that they can't put in writing due to their Non-Disparagement Agreement.

Pros

I've enjoyed my time with ERPA's workday practice and appreciate the opportunity to work alongside knowledgeable and supportive colleagues. As a smaller consulting organization, there are opportunities to wear multiple hats, contribute beyond your immediate role, and have visibility into different aspects of the business. One thing I particularly value is the flexibility and trust given to employees. Leadership is approachable, communication is generally transparent, and there is a genuine focus on delivering quality outcomes for clients. I've also appreciated the chance to expand my skills and work with team members who are willing to share their expertise. Pros * Supportive and collaborative colleagues * Flexible work environment * Opportunities to learn and grow * Meaningful client work

Cons

* Some processes are still evolving as the company grows

Pros

The pros of working at ERPA as part of the Workday Practice include a supportive and collaborative team environment, along with strong mentorship and a willingness from senior team members to help you learn. There are early opportunities to get involved in meaningful, hands-on project work, which makes it a great place to build experience in Workday Student. The company has less bureaucracy compared to larger consulting firms, and leadership is accessible and approachable. Overall, the culture is positive and team-oriented, with plenty of opportunities for professional growth and skill development while working closely with experienced consultants who have deep higher education backgrounds and a clear focus on delivering quality work to clients.

Cons

Some of the cons include a steep learning curve, especially with Workday Student as a new consultant, and a fast-paced environment. Like most consulting roles, there can be competing priorities and occasional tight deadlines depending on the project phase.
