Pros

Nice office but really there are no pros.

Cons

Job description and pay were not explained. One is suppose to sell plastic gift items over the phone for 8 hours. Owner is inexperienced and egotistical.

Pros

Entertaining to watch the partners argue, blame and yell constantly. Watching a supposed "value based" founder who is "cloudy" at times fumble around gives you opportunity to fly under the radar as they don't truly know what they want from their business

Cons

Same as above. They have hired, then recalled employment offers twice now the day before their first new hire class was to start. Their GoLive date has never evolved, it was supposed to be August 2019, well it's February 2020 now. They have no clients actually contracted, their "proprietary" software can't get through testing and the CEO is never present or truly engaged and has a clue of what goes into operating a business of this magnitude. You will have EVERYTHING put on you because he literally just doesn't have the experience and knowledge of what a contact center truly entails.

Pros

The only positive about working at Contact was the team spirit at the beginning (2010), but after that even that was lost.

Cons

Working with a clear objective is something that doesn't exist as almost every month the goals for personal achivements are changed. Even when such goals are established, the final results are cheated by personal factors between the employee and the employer. Constant pressure to produce, without any kind of regard for the well being of the workers.
