Pros
People should be the best part of this company. As there aren't many sales in one store, we get close pretty easily. Even though our ages vary a lot, as a new sales associate, they will guide you from day-to-day operation to selling skill. They often involve everybody to chat casually.
Cons
There won't be a lot of empowerment to part time sales associate. Since all full time sales are commission based, whenever there is a guest coming in, they will immediately serve the guest without giving any opportunity to part time sales. The sole work as a part time is to assist full time sale to take out the garment from the stock room. Learning by practice here is limited.
