The HRBP expertly hides their true objectives by showering Ladyboss with fake compliments and promises of continuous updates, only to gain advantage from the trust they earn. Their audacity in using this mentality to get a perfect score (100%) is nothing short of incredible. They enjoy spreading hatred against colleagues and the company itself behind closed doors, shamelessly breaking trust and creating a toxic environment. Their willingness to manipulate information for their own benefit, regardless of its facts, shows their lack of character. They have a toxic presence in the workplace, harming it with their negative workplace discussions and secretive disclosures of sensitive data. Their ability to put on a kind appearance while gathering information in order to later make fun of colleagues shows their fake nature. The HRBP's bold displays of financial wealth are simply to highlight how they depend on backstabbing to maintain their façade. Although their sneaking out of the office when Ladyboss is not in place is noticeable to all, demonstrating their complete lack of mind. It's a shame that such behavior is allowed to continue unchallenged in the workplace.
