      Sometimes don't get a break Standing on feet for long periods Pay to park at most events Have to pick up every check Lack of communication with scheduling

      Pros

      Live events, Meet New People, Connect With Talents An that’s about it, it’s makeing me put more so, sometimes can work out of state.

      Cons

      Low Pay, No Direct Deposit, No growth, part time But get worked like Full time, no respect, no Benefits,No incentives, constantly receive calls from upper, Unprofessional, So so Guards, No Breaks, 10-17 hr shifts of just standing, you get no respect. YOU HAVE TO PAY TO PARK AT ALL EVENTS NO MATTER THE LOCATION. You must Pay to work
