Micro-managing and vindictive VP who runs operations makes working there a horrible experience; poor leadership at the top drives unnecessary stress for all workers; lots of employee turnover here due to the erratic nature of the executive management whims; upper management does not treat employees well, lacks common professional etiquette in meetings and often blame others for their poor planning
