      No Pros besides a nice office.

      Cons

      Do not know HR laws. Pay extremely low. Do not offer any type of training. Basically provided you with a laptop and asked you to recruit for IT positions with no experience or training. No supervision or guidance. Supervisor that had no idea what she was doing. Worst company to work for.

      Pros

      Interesting technology concepts. Lots of modules with features for different utility industry functionality. Lots of Marketing and networking done for product recognition.

      Cons

      Everything! HR is a joke. They treat employees like dogs. If you want to work 70+ hrs a weak on a low balled salary, and zero employee recognition or respect... you should work here. No ethics what so ever.
