Pros

There are many reasons I enjoyed working with ESP and why I would apply again. The people are very friendly and welcoming, in all departments but especially the ops department. The CEO regularly updates all departments on issues/decisions that impact the company so there is a real sense of transparency in the company. There are many chances for recognition as the company encourages individuals to highlight what any team member has done well using the My Rewards page. Speaking of My Rewards, there's lots of company benefits from discounts on shopping to vouchers, private healthcare and support to buy electric vehicles.

Cons

Parking could be better as the current location (Mole Business Park) can sometimes have it's parking area flood from heavy rain. Mole Business Park is also very close to the train station so this does not affect you if you take the train. ESP will be moving to a new office location by the end of the year so hopefully this will not be an issue for long.

Pros

Lots of communication about the business and where they are working towards; Nice facilities; Good salary; Nice management events all inclusive; Good benefits and on the spot rewards.

Cons

This is about operations specifically - very toxic management; Lots of micro management; No trust in employees; Resentment towards a hybrid role Poor communication amongst team managers, Bad behaviours not discouraged from managers and team treated poorly and without respect or care, Lack of respect for team members and their personal circumstances / life styles.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We're sorry that your experience has fallen short of what we would hope for. Specifically in our Operations department we have a strong management team who is leading with care and understanding of their team needs and challenges. Recently we have introduced targeted Coaching which is supporting managers with their leadership style and we have seen great improvements since then. - Free parking - Good office space - Nice middle management team - Reasonable compensation package

Cons

- Constantly shifting focus meaning a lack of direction - Selective applications of strategy with clients - Old school management style / ruling by fear and intimidation
