Pros

Good amount of and interesting work. Good people to work with. Plenty of space given for professional development.

Cons

Aggressively average salaries for the "market leader". Bonus just about makes the overall pay goodish. Progression happens and is done a good way, but for some reason the mechanics are kept secret instead of explaining. Recent obsession with getting people together, despite the company's own surveys showing >90% of staff are happy with current levels of interaction.

Thank you for leaving a review, however you have left it for the wrong company - we are Esri UK and do not have anyone working for us based in Egypt.

Pros

Employee-centric in all business matters, great place to learn the craft of GIS, key supplier of software and services to support customers (and non-customers)respond to Covid 19. Private company so not pandering to external shareholders which is brilliant.

Cons

A very flat organisational tree so if you are looking to rise through the ranks there are relatively few opportunities.
