Pros

* It is nice to have access to pool club and discounts. * Staff accommodations are decent but far away from work.

Cons

- TIMEBANK SYSTEM - You do not get paid for what you work, legalized robbery. - Very Slavic/Cheque hotel, which leads to a huge favoritism to Cheques and Slovaks. - Swedish company... There is not a single international manager, they are all swedish. - Forced to pay for staff food even when it is giving you stomach issues. This happened to over 10 people. - The management team was utterly rubbish, no wonder all the managers left after the 2023 winter season. - The better you work, the more they will ask from you, for the same rule, the worst you work, the least you do. Pretty unfair as some will end up doing the job of 2 or 3 people. - Headwaiter and supervisors were stealing from the company and management decided to go against the whistleblower rather than doing a full investigation and control of stock. - There is a potential career development, but again, only if you are Swedish, Cheque or Slovak. - They give to some staff extra perks and benefits. ROA staff using the gym while Restaurant staff cannot. - ROA/Pool club Staff hitting on guests, giving free drinks... Shameful behaviour. - So many people breaching their contracts and rules and get no punishment, others have trouble OUTSIDE the workplace and get their contract ended. - If you get any injury at work, the HR lady will do everything possible for you to not get covered for it.

Pros

Meals for breakfast , lunch , dinner

Cons

ESS Group refused to pay my extra working hours and did not fulfill their contract when I started. Management lacks transparency and accountability and the work environment is toxic especially for floor workers who are undervalued. I would strongly advise others to think twice before working here

Pros

On the bright side, if you enjoy chaos, false friendliness, and watching an economy built on the suffering of international workers, who knows? this might just be your dream job!

Cons

Have you ever wondered what a workplace built on exploitation sounds like? Imagine the playlist of a midlife crisis blasting on loop all day. Promises made in the interview vanish the moment you arrive, the salary and living conditions are nothing like what they sell you and the organization is a train wreck. People are nice and smiley on the surface, but underneath it’s laziness and incompetence all around. Management? Utterly inefficient and uninterested, unless it involves cutting corners or squeezing more out of you.
