Have a Job to go to every day .. Not much contact from manager
Cons
Total disconnect from management to employees never really sure if your well or not most work gets passes on without to much I'm quality it's checked but overlooked q.. when offering jobs be accurate with start times .some of us take or pass based on start and end time.
