Pros
Working at ETAS is challenging - they are on the front line of software development and innovation. Great company for people who love continuous learning and development. Systems are good and straightforward for the most part. Employees get along very well and good camaraderie in office. Remote work is optional but we value some face to face time throughout the week.
Cons
Software industry is in rapid state of change and we must continue to adapt. This can mean learning/selling a product that gets replaced quickly to adapt to market needs.
