      There are some nice people in the office

      Cons

      - Bad management , managers are load, they are playing ping-pong that distracts other workers, can yell at you - 4 people left company within 1 month - no training provided for new employees - they promise one thing, but you do completely different tasks - business processes are not organized

      Pros

      ETG is a great place to work. They really value their employees and provide excellent opportunities for career growth. I love working there!

      Cons

      One of the drawbacks of working at ETG is that the workload can sometimes be overwhelming. There are periods when the projects are quite demanding, which can affect work-life balance.
