      1. Nice colleagues to work with

      1. No sympathy towards employees who has contributed. 2. Very political. 3. Practice favouritism. 4. Not a very good environment for females who want to start a family, need to commit to long hours. 5. Not much of a career progression. Not a nurturing environment, no training & development planned. 6. Lack of planning and internal communication. 7. Complacency; Feels like nobody wants to improve or change for the better. Very outdated in their thinking and expectations. 8. Doesn't recognise nor commend hard work & contribution - very biased management. 9. Job unsecured, lay off employees quarterly.

      • Stable job with consistent workload • Hands-on experience gained over the years • Good technical exposure in automotive repairs • Colleagues in the workshop are supportive

      Cons

      • Very limited employee benefits • Workshop department feels undervalued by upper management • Little recognition for long-serving staff • Mechanics are often asked to handle non-related tasks during company events • No meaningful festive appreciation or bonuses

      Pros

      To be fair, company is slightly traditional but they are trying to adapt and make changes! The team I was in is so supportive and encouraging so it was great!

      Cons

      Location is far from central and surrounded by factories
