Pros
Nice colleagues are very supportive. Some nice trainings that would have been useful if the company would have been loyal to it's own words, but mostly one get's trained to learn things and then forced to do the opposite.
Cons
Minimum wage, constant attempts to partially retain employees money. Don't accept tips on card, the company will STEAL them. Bonuses are just a mirage, most likely you won't get them. If you want to work with proper tools and give good service most likely you'll buy your own tools. You are forced to give people things they did not ask for (ingredients for drinks constantly missing). Very often the management are people who have no clue about your job but as soon as the watchdogs arrive you get illogically micromanaged. No serious person would manage such a mess. Constant turnaround of unhappy people. The owner going around on the floor with huge bird cadaver despite health and safety. Check your hours: you will always miss some money. If you go on holiday make sure you get paid for them or you'll discover half of them being unpaid days off. NO RESPECT FOR EMPLOYEES from CEO, pushing the limits towards slavery. People upset every day for different reasons, from retention of wages to wages lower than you've been told. People still working minimum wage after 4 years of hard work. Ridiculous amount of spam on your email. Any word you hear from CEO and HR is a lie.
