Pros
Working from home is a plus
Cons
Despite having a grading rubric to score from, this is a highly subjective role and your manager is ALWAYS right even when they are wrong. ETS allows them to be this way because they usually have at least a masters degree so it only stands to reason that they are perfect and know everything. This is also a company that allows sexual discrimination. If you are a female then you are good to go...it is a 'good 'ole girl's club' and they are proud of it. It is not worth wasting your time for 15 or so hours per month. You can sign up for almost full time but you won't get it and you will get very few hours. I intend to just not show up for work from now on. Have had many discrepancies with my leads and they always win out. Have had a PhD who essentially scored everyone as a 1 (lowest possible score). These are high school kids for God's sake, what do you expect? She was/is sexist.
