Pros
High possibility of making good money.
Cons
When I asked people who had working at ETS for longer then a year, "How do you put up with this awful work environment?" the answer was always, "For the money." If you are highly motivated to make money by working long hours, putting up with extreme stress, and are able to stay loyal regardless of how your job is negatively effecting your personal life, then this job would be a good fit for you. To be fair if you do put up with the aforementioned then management will "take care of you". Is your daughter sick and you can't afford special treatment? They will take care of it. They are generous the way The Mob is generous. All you have to do it sell your soul. ETS is not a place for everyone, you will fail at working here if it is not a good fit. If you answer yes to these 2 questions do not work here, you will fail. Trust me, I did. 1. Having a balanced work/life equation is important to me. 2. I expect to be treated with respect and dignity at my workplace.
