They make a great offer and then try not to pay.
Cons
I finished as their number 1 software sales Account Executive for 2023. I had the largest company pipeline. On March 1 the same day I was getting custody of my 3 month old daughter they let me go due to a structural reorganization by Schneider Electric. They still owe me over $30k in unpaid commissions not counting the millions I was about to make for my sales. I highly recommend you find a better company to invest your time this place uses you and discards you when your successful which is not how a company should run!
