There appears to be a clear case of favoritism within the team. Employees who underperform have received significant salary increments, seemingly due to their close rapport with management. In contrast, high-performing staff have received minimal or no raises. Additionally, a personal relationship between two staff members(CX) has created discomfort among other team members. Thank you.
