Very Bad Management - Software Engineer EVRY Employee Review

No proper hike to low level employees, but managers are getting hike every year as per their standards. Politics is in large scale. Except South Indian people others will be thrown out first from the company. Only buttering people can survive there. Managers are worst, they only need to take task out of you and no recognition. Even if you got praise from the client they won't give any benefits. Managers don't know how to behave with the employees. Very much Micro Management for low level employees only. Managers don't have any technical knowledge (Not all but most of them), they only do micro management work and MS Excel work. Never get appreciation even if you work hard.
