CEO isn't focused on the right tasks, controlling the mid level teams when Heads have been hired to do that exact job because they have credible experience. CRO isn't focused on managing but selling. Not enough resources dedicated to development and product or design to build/test hypotheses COO is focused on building a software solutions company instead of product driven company. Not dedicating enough time to operations and process, limited skills in pricing.

Startup Culture, laid back dress code, and the ability to work from home.

High turn-over rate. I saw over 10 people get laid off including myself. There is no communication between teams. A lot of the C-Level Execs do not know the product well enough to be in the position that they're in. A lot of the departments are under-staff. Large funding, but not being used correctly.
