Compensation is not keeping up with cost of living in Denver. I would rather have more pay and less activities. Top management is old-school, and won’t introduce WFH concept although a lot of teams are already doing it. It’s tricky because there’s some people that WFH a lot and then there’s others who never seem to have an excuse to. WFH would make the company more competitive, but it should be standardized across the board. Unfortunately there is some favoritism in my team, and hand-holding which is unfair to others who put in the work.
