Pros

Visionary leadership. Opportunity to grow and contribute. If you ever felt like you wished you could make a difference in how your company runs, and you love to continually learn and grow, EWR might be a good fit for you.

Cons

Remote work can sometimes make you miss the human contact side of things, but management pulls the team together from far flung areas to build cohesion. They get the challenges of remote work.

Pros

You get to work on real SEO and digital strategy projects, not just busywork. Management actually listens and gives you space to try new ideas. There’s a lot of exposure to AI tools, SEO strategy, and different industries. Good culture. People are helpful, not cutthroat. Everyone really care about the clients and focus on delivering value to their clients, sometimes to a fault honestly.

Cons

The pace here is fast and priorities can shift quickly. The agency is fully remote (a change made after Covid) and adapts well if you know how to use tools like Clickup, GoHighLevel and Slack. They bring in top people for training (we’ve had sessions with folks from Google and industry veterans ) but there’s also an expectation that you’ll keep learning on your own. Documentation and training videos are solid, and if you follow the checklists and take initiative, you’ll do well. It’s a place that rewards adaptability and ownership of the results, which can be exciting for some and overwhelming for others. Not the place for anyone looking to coast, it’s great for people who want to grow. Feel like drinking out of a fire hydrant sometimes, but that’s part of the challenge.
