Pros
Certain divisions provide opportunities for very interesting work. Plenty of good people to be found at the staff level. Good physical location in the city.
Cons
Massive incompetence at the Board/senior management level. Chairman-centric culture, with resources devoted to his promotion. Lack of real care of employee well-being. Constant implementation of new rules, procedures, red tape, policies, and management levels to reduce risk. HR directors are inflexible and incompetent. The agency is pretty much hated by everyone right now.
