Very well-structured and professional onboarding process,which makes it easy to understant the company,tools,etc. Friendly and supportive team culture. Clear vision and strong leadership. Strong communication across teams despite being fully remote. Exus is veeery supportive to learning and development,always encouraging employees to grow and improve their skills.

As a new employee,there can be a lot of information to absorb in a short during onboarding))) Some processes may still feel new or envolving which is normal in a growing company))
