Pros

- Work from home - I was paid fairly well, unlike most of my colleagues - Executives are aloof and careless so minimal effort is needed to complete the job at hand

Cons

- Too many to name, honestly - Executives are out of touch and genuinely do not care about their employees - Organization lacks honesty and transparency - No formal training programs in place, so most of the time you're working there, you will have no clue what you're doing - Pay is well below market, and many of my colleagues never received raises - The company has aged technological systems, so most of the data they present is false - Leaders and most of the employees within the company are complacent, and it's very evident - Leaders don't listen at all and talk incessantly - Multiple leaders within the organization are known to bully employees - I can continue to talk about all the issues at the organizations for days, but I'm trying to spare anyone reading this the misfortune of working at EYA

Pros

- The company has a flat organizational structure, allowing for easy access to and valuable learning opportunities from senior leadership. - The work is highly rewarding, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on the housing sector within the DMV area. - Much of the work is handled in-house, providing the opportunity to gain knowledge across various disciplines beyond your immediate role. - The team is exceptionally supportive, with a culture of kindness and flexibility that fosters a positive work environment.

Cons

The interview process was quite extensive, but it turned out to be a great advantage. It allowed me to gain a deep understanding of the company's culture and values, as well as a clear sense of their expectations for the role.

Pros

The leadership at EYA is genuinely supportive and fosters an environment where everyone feels valued. They consistently encourage open communication, and it’s clear that they prioritize both employee well-being, career growth and the buyer experience. One of the standout aspects is the positive attitude that permeates the office. Colleagues are not just co-workers; they’re a team that genuinely cares for each other. This camaraderie makes even busy days enjoyable. The working environment is flexible and everyone respects boundaries. What I appreciate most is the company’s commitment to doing the right thing. Management continuously emphasizes the importance of providing an exceptional buyer experience, and it shows in our daily operations. Everyone is aligned with the core values of integrity and service. I would definitely recommend EYA to a friend especially since the company is growing.
