Pros
Great working hours - you can come in late as long you compensate by going back late. Project lead are very understanding with workload , didn't set off any unrealistic goal/timeline unless project is due. Snack and coffee in pantry is always replenished monthly. Reasonable salary compared with workloads given.
Cons
Nothing major that I can think of.
