The team at EZShop is young, hungry, and ambitious. If you are looking an environment that prioritizes growth and nurtures independence, EZShop is an excellent fit. The team is highly collaborative and embraces innovative problem-solving, lending to a unique and engaging workplace where creativity and teamwork thrive. Also, as a passing aside, there is no shortage of good vibes in the office!

As a young agency, there are naturally growing pains in establishing sustainable internal processes; however the team is actively working on developing viable systems. Although the EZShop team is primarily young (which has its many pros!), the new COO has ushered in some much-needed balance by introducing valuable insights and structure as a veteran of the tech industry. The EZShop future looks very promising.

I'm in university and working as an intern. I contribute in a variety of areas, and overall, EZShop is a great place to work! It's an incredible atmosphere surrounded by a great team. Communication flows freely, and bonding events keep the teamwork strong!

Honestly, there's nothing bad I could say about this place. Perhaps the only con is that some coworkers need to sharpen up their PINGPONG skills!
