Pros
The management truly cares about the employees. They go out of their way to make sure their people are taken care of. At one point they changed their policies on Bereavement leave to better assist an employee whose grandparents passed away. There are a wide variety of technologies to work with, and there is opportunity to grow toward a specialization with full support of coworkers.
Cons
Is heavily dependent on government contracts, and the pay scale reflects this.
