Pros
This was a distributor of Siemens components in the California. The team was strong and likeable. They had excellent presentation of their office and an excellent image . The inside training rooms were great place to get an introduction to the Siemens software.
Cons
Eandm was a company that revolved purely on margin and profits. Prices were set and non negotiable for services and products for customers. Thus there was zero negotiation on what was available to the end user. The support required that Siemens application support was available, which consisted of calling a 1 800 number to get support for the customer and waiting in the ticket queue.
