Pros
The children were lovely to work with.
Cons
Very little communication between seasoned employees and new employees. Verbally abusive employees that yell at other employees in front of the children. Lack of respect between coworkers. New employees are not allowed to ask parents questions for care of their child. You must only go off what is told to you even if it’s against the parent’s wishes. Lack of training in the classroom. Management will send a text message a few minutes before I’m walking out the door saying they did not need me for the day. Not a consistent work schedule or hours. Even if you’re hired for full time, you may only get to work two days a week. Also, they do not follow the laws for nursing mothers. You either have to pump in the men’s restroom or in the break room with all other staff present.
