All are treated equally. Designations don't count even messengers are allowed to speak about illegal relationships of exec director openly with emp , surprisingly is quite evident in company...still no action taken.
Cons
Sad part is their old clients are being fooled and never given options. If client search, they can easily get better coverage at cheap price from other brokers . No workculture, i am sure even directors and managers are not aware what are company values. Their is no growth so don't be surprised if you are in same designation and salary for years...if you are a descent looking girl director of the company will throw invitation with mouth wide open. He already has an illegal relationship in company still he asks out other female if they are ready to discuss office matters over a cup of coffee outsideworking hours...this is something not acceptable for any respectful female. If you are seen happy in this companty, managers will think you don't work at all. Leaving on time is a curse. You will have to always crib that you have lot of work and do meaningless late sitting and Saturday working. In short fool your managers as well. Join this company only if you are jobless because this company is in a mess.
