Amazing company and great team of analysts/chemists - Technician Earth Labs Employee Review

Great environment for workers and people.

Small company and not a lot of room for growth.

We had really good lunches every now and then. Since we have lost many clients due to our bad science and inaccurate results, we get to leave early on most days. Management does not care about what we do so we can watch Netflix at work.

Our test results are always late and managers do not help us be successful. We never have the required supplies to get our lab tests done. Satish Dass, our leader, never comes in anymore and when he does, he is to busy conducting business for his COVID-19 testing lab that comes over and takes our supplies so we can't do our jobs. Plus, when the COVID testing lab (Capstone Clinical Laboritory) employees come over to take our supplies, we are afraid they will contaminate us with COVID because they do not change their gloves. Earth Labs had no direction.
